Baby Boot Camp: Date: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am; Baby Boot Camp is a stroller based fitness program designed specifically to help moms get fit while bonding with their child and allowing pregnant women the opportunity to maintain an optimal, healthy weight. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills to maximize weight loss and increase muscle tone and incorporate pilates and yoga for core strength. We offer these classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 9-10 and meet in front of the fountain area.
