Hats in the Garden 2026: A Dazzling Afternoon at “La Discothèque du Jardin”!
On Wednesday, March 25th, Naples Botanical Garden hosted its 22nd annual Hats in the Garden event. This year’s theme, “La Discothèque du Jardin”, transformed the garden into a dazzling mix between nature and a nightlife-feel. Guests were boogieing at the Botanical Garden, supporting their mission to conserve the plants and habitats of the tropics, cultivate beauty, offer knowledge, and inspire the protection of nature.
The festivities began with a lively champagne reception, where bubbles flowed, live music filled the air, and Balmain fashions had jaws dropping. From bold florals to couture ensembles, these women were dressed to the nines from head to toe!
As the champagne reception concluded, the attendees were ushered into the event tent for the luncheon portion of the afternoon. The full vision of “La Discothèque du Jardin” came to life. Long, elegant tables draped in bold black patterns were illuminated by extravagant floral arrangements that created both warmth and disco-glow at the same time. Guests were dancing their way to their tables excited for what was to come!
The event chair, Ann Scott, and featured guest, Daphne Oz, took the stage to welcome everyone before kicking off the Fund-A-Need Presentation. The presentation raised a million dollars in the first few minutes and continued to increase as the luncheon proceeded, followed by a perfectly plated meal and a standout Balmain Spring 2026 runway presentation.
It was incredible to witness hundreds of Naples locals coming together in such a beautiful setting to support the Garden’s Nature Play Chapter Two: Harmony Ever After.
