THE 2018 EASTER JAMBOREE AT THE VILLAGE SHOPS!
It was a very hoppy Easter at The Village Shops on Saturday, March 31st, for the Easter Jamboree! All the children came dressed in spring colors, Easter baskets in hand, ready for a fun-filled day! Families rotated between the entertainment – face painters, balloon twisters, and crafts. All the while, the line for the Easter Bunny continued to grow with families egg-static to receive their complimentary printout and email photo.
The talented face painters painted stroke after stroke, transforming the little boys and girls into princesses, super heroes, and more! The balloon twisters created a number of swords, wands, and all types of props to accompany the children on the egg hunt.
The craft tables had many visitors throughout the afternoon decorating Easter masks and magnets. Proud of their creativity, the children immediately put on their masks and hopped around The Village Shops.
The faces were painted, masks were on, and balloons and baskets were in hands …so the egg hunt began. Families hopped from store to store, looking for the Easter Bunny in the window, to collect Easter eggs. The baskets began filling to the top, with the little ones peeking in the eggs to see what goodies they had collected.
After the hunt, families headed over to our six sparkling waterfront restaurants to enjoy an Easter lunch and to Naples’ only Ben & Jerry’s for dessert. Thank you to those who joined us for the 2018 Easter Jamboree. We look forward to seeing you next year!
