Wine Around The Water 2026: Wine, Wagging Tails & A Wonderful Night on the Bay!
Wine glasses were filled, shopping bags were stacked, tails were wagging, and the Bay was buzzing! On Saturday, September 12th, The Village Shops on Venetian Bay came alive for another unforgettable Wine Around The Water, all in support of the incredible work of SNIP Collier.
With a beautiful Bay waterfront backdrop, fabulous guests, and $17,800 raised in total, this year’s event was certainly one for the books!
SIPPED, SHOPPED, STROLLED!
From 5-7pm, over 400 wine lovers joined us for an evening filled with sipping, shopping, strolling, and savoring. Upon arrival, guests checked in with the SNIP Collier team and with their $30 donation, received everything they needed for the perfect evening on the Bay: a Village Shops flexible wine glass keepsake, sipping passport, exclusive restaurant discounts, and plenty of wine samples waiting to be discovered throughout The Village.
Then, with glasses in hand, it was time to sip their way around the waterfront! Red, white, and rosé flowed throughout the evening, perfectly paired with sparkling Venetian Bay views. Passports led guests from stop to stop, but there were plenty of reasons to linger along the way. Beautiful boutique displays caught shoppers’ eyes, the photo booth captured smiles with friends and family, and waterfront walkways were filled with the sounds of our community having a great time.
And judging by the shopping bags we spotted by the end of the evening, we’d say the night was very “well spent”, quickly filling the dropboxes with receipts!
WINE & WIN!
Wine wasn’t the only thing guests were excited to get their hands on this year! One of our newest additions to Wine Around The Water was a raffle also fully benefiting SNIP Collier, featuring an incredible collection of prizes generously donated by Village boutiques, restaurants, and businesses.
Raffle boxes quickly filled throughout the night as guests entered for chances to win boutique gift cards, dining certificates, bottles of wine, wine baskets, service experiences, and so much more. More than 20 lucky winners have something extra to raise a glass to!
Even better, the raffle raised an additional $1,805 for SNIP Collier, making every ticket dropped into those boxes another way to support an incredible cause + additional donations totaling nearly $4,000.
THE CUTEST GUESTS ON THE BAY
Of course, there was one stop that proved especially hard to walk away from…the puppies!
The true stars of the evening were the adorable, adoptable pups from SNIP Collier. Wagging tails and irresistible puppy-dog eyes drew guests to the puppy play pens for plenty of cuddles and photo opportunities.
And the very best part? A few puppies even found their fur-ever families at Wine Around The Water!
FROM WINE AROUND THE WATER TO DINNER ON THE WATER
As the final tastings were poured and Wine Around The Water came to a close, the evening was far from over. Many guests headed into The Village’s waterfront restaurants to keep the fun going over dinner, cocktails, gorgeous views, and just one more glass of wine.
The sips, smiles, and community spirit carried on well past sunset…the perfect ending to an incredible evening on the Bay.

Most importantly, Wine Around The Water is about so much more than what’s poured into the glass. Since 2019, The Village Shops has proudly partnered with SNIP Collier to support its mission of helping end the suffering and neglect of dogs and cats in our community.
Thanks to the incredible support of our guests, participating Village businesses, and the SNIP Collier team, Wine Around The Water has now raised nearly $80,000 for SNIP Collier!
