Winter Wine Festival Auction Winner Spends an Exclusive Girls Day Out at The Village Shops!
Every year the Naples Children & Education Foundation holds an annual Winter Wine Festival. The proceeds raised by the festival help transform the lives of underprivileged and at risk children. Since 2001 over $161 million has been raised to help support this cause. The Village Shops on Venetian Bay is a big advocate on helping the children of SWFL. The Village Shops donate over $40,000 a year to more than a dozen local charities and donated this wonderful Girls’ Day Out for the Winter Wine Festival Auction.
August 4th, was the day the lucky auction winner of the Girls Day Out at The Village Shops on Venetian Bay redeemed her prize.
The ultimate Girls’ Day Out offered personalized attention and services to the winner and 3 of her friends at the finest waterfront shopping and dining destination in Naples.
Inspired by the classic Mediterranean architecture of Venice, The Village Shops on Venetian Bay offers a unique experience to visitors, who are able to stroll through boutiques, art galleries, salons, jewelry, clothing, shoe and home décor stores while enjoying a stunning view of the Venetian waters that surround the center.
The day began with a delicious lunch at Southwest Florida’s award-winning waterfront restaurant Fish Restaurant. While dining they were presented with a customized LL Bean Bag filled with a bunch of goodies from The Village Shops on Venetian Bay including an exclusive Murano Glass toasting flute from Casanova Venetian Glass & Art.
After a fabulous lunch they were presented with a special shopping experience at Naples’ most exclusive women’s clothing stores by a personal assistant that escorted them through selected destinations as part of the fully planned agenda. The girls were able to stroll through and pick out an outfit from one of the following boutiques: Diane’s Fine Fashions, J&K Collections, Wildflower or Sara Campbell. Each boutique offered an exclusive opportunity, varying from private fashion shows, personalized styling consultation, customized fittings all while receiving the 5 star treatment The Village Shops in known for.
After an afternoon of shopping they visited Sukie’s Wine Shop for a tasting and tour of their private room.
The Venetian experience concluded with an upscale dinner at T-Michael’s Steakhouse, where they were provided with the best water-view seat and amazing food, drinks and desserts.
